On 6-2-16 I filled out an online app for this company that advertises itself as a lease-to-own company that caters to consumers who have credit issues. The application was approved with a limit of $1041.00 or $47.05 monthly.

So I purchased 2 items well under my approval limit. When I checked on my account the very next day to look over shipping information, I couldn't log in. Thinking I had somehow forgotten my password. I request a password reset by email.

After 3 reset request I decided to contact the company. I was told by a rep name Sabrina that my account was deactivated by her company.

When I asked how this was possible when I was approved and agreed to the term of contract by Flexshopper, Sabrina pointed to a claus that states they can close your account without cause at anytime. Knowing this agency has access to my bank account info and agreed to a contract under false pretenses and no written explanation is very misleading and unsafe for consumers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I did application for Flexshopper around xmas for gifts and things. Because they did biweekly i thought i could handle it on top of my other bills.

They have obetdrawm my account 4 times tryng to get the payment on the wrong day. I called to speak to someone about it.

They acted like it was my fault. I need my money.

Hi. I wish I found the site before leasing.

I am currently leasing a laptop. I called customer service to ask for a return label and to update my email. The email has been updated. Several times I emailed a request for a return shipping label.

No response. In the meantime, $25 is being deducted out my bank account on a weekly by basis.

Be Aware! Not good business to deal with.

Well, I just ordered 3 different items.

About $600 in credit... dear God I pray my items come in good shape.

And I've already called once before I read reviews. Their customer service reps I spoke t, a female. Was super rude, exaplining things to me like I was a child. So it's already at a bad start, might just pay it all off real quick.

Or send it all back.

Gosh I can't believe it. Thought they would be a good leasing company.

I didnt even have to ask my bank to not pay them! My bank told me they refused payments because clearly they were trying to scam me.they kept trying to get $ from my acct by using various billing/ bank codes used for this type of debit as well as trying different amts hoping theyd succeed which isnt legal because all they can try for is the exact amt agreed upon.my bank was so ticked that they reported flexshopper & didnt even charge me for the 'stop payment' ...and refunded the 2 overdrafts from them trying to take $ from my acct before due date. & we all know how banks like getting their fees
