If you didn't have to deal with customer service, it'd be a great company.. Was charged early for lease item last week. Took over 6 calls to get it resolved.

Flexshopper - Bad service for returns
Ordered rims and was sent 5 lug. Truck requires 6 lug. It took a month to get rims returned. Still charged me the whole time they were sitting in a shop. It was a Xmas present for my husband. Needless to say he did get his Xmas. This company isn’t organized at all.

I like flexshopper but something went wrong with my account it was saying that I had a zero balance so I was a little afraid that someone may was charging on my account come to find out it was a glitch in the computer the lady was really upset because I kept calling and emailing them all I wanted to make sure no one was using my account she got a little Huffy with me and she was not professional I hate that when you're spending your money I haven't received my product yet hopefully things will go great with them but I really was disappointed how the lady talk to me over the phone who was calling me back from the customer service complaint line she had an attitude because I had an attitude I'm trying to figure out
