Make sure you have your account number with the and not the lease number
Hello, I am being contacted saying you are sending me to court. After we did a resolution agreement which was accepted, I was called a liar, saying nothing was paid, of which I have screenshots of it all. The paperwork and the payment of the resolution amount were processed and accepted.

I called in to speak with a representative today and inquire about my account status, to which the representative said this was an error in their system. Instead of them reaching out to me, or giving me ANY updates about my products, I have had to do all the work to get even the tiniest crumb of information.
However, my products were listed as pending. I reached out to the company to inquire about the status of my order on January 23rd at 4:41 PM local time, which they informed me was due to 'waiting on the vendor' and 'should receive tracking in 3-5 business days.' I followed up on the 26th of January twice (I had to prematurely end my conversation the first time), and I informed the agent I spoke with on this occasion that if we did not receive some sort of update, we would have to cancel the agreement. It is the 30th of January, and my status has been updated to 'Delivered' without a tracking number. There was no email provided for the update of my status to inform me of any changes or problems; I had to reach out.
The last email I received was on the 18th of January, which was the email that stated in order to speed up processing, I should add a bank account. I checked my junk folder as well for a tracking email and could not find it. I checked my camera footage to see if I missed a delivery and did not. I grew increasingly alarmed by this.
I decided to review my lease paperwork, and the lease states that 'The rental property described in Exhibit A is being acquired by the Lessor on the Date of this Lease and is new unless otherwise indicated in Exhibit A.' I have made an initial payment and not received the product. This verbiage is deceptive and concerning because I did not receive the property upon inception of the lease. It seems like this company is setting consumers up to fail, and my story is not a unique one. At this point, I would like to either receive my products and pay for them as agreed, or terminate the lease.
This limbo is deceptive and should be a warning to any consumers. Do not agree to anything until you can confirm you will have your product in hand.

I was billed twice this week. Worst company to go through, bad service, no way to contact customer service, and unable to log into the app to keep up with your payment and account.

What I started this account, I wasn't aware that the $780 I used with Flex Shopper would cost me over $1,780. That's more than 100%!
This is terrible. I will never use Flex Shopper again, and if that's how you do business, then at the very least, the customer should know how much more they will be paying for the services.

They also took out another $82.01 today 9/12/2025. I need this resolved asap.
